Do you have other business facilities?
We do indeed! Need to host a meeting? No problem. Want to use one of our storage units as a hot desk? That can be arranged.
Can you take in business deliveries for me?
We absolutely can! We can accept deliveries for you on your behalf and keep them safe in our office until you can come and get them - making our self storage units the perfect mini-warehouse for any business.
When is your storage centre open?
Self Storage Centre boasts some of the longest opening hours of any storage facility in Warrington Latchford, Winsford, Arley, Warrington Central and the surrounding areas of Cheshire. Our opening times for the storage facility are 6am - 11pm Monday to Sunday, Our Office opening hours for your storage enquiry or to purchase packaging materials is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
Can I access my storage unit outside opening hours?
As our facilities are access controlled as part of your requirements we will give you access to both the site and your storage unit within our storage facility opening hours. All access to the units is remotely monitored and controlled with help on hand if required.
How do I pay for my storage unit?
We ask that you pay for your storage unit a month in advance. We take payments over the phone, by direct debit, and online.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of time I can store my belongings with you?
As a long standing family business we have many clients that have been using the same facilities for years. You can store for weeks or months. We do request a min charge of 1 month, but then you will only be charged for what you use. There are no hidden costs and you can upsize or downsize your unit depending on availability.
Do I have to give you notice when I leave?
To avoid paying additional storage we would ask that you give us 1 months notice for moving out your items and closing your self storage account.
Can I come see your storage centre before I decide to rent a unit?
Of Course you can! We would love to show you round our storage facilities so you get a good idea of the size range and type of storage units that we can offer. This is important if utilising for business then you can view the varying sizes which may accommodate you both upscaling or downsizing units in line with your personal or business requirements.
How big are your storage units?
Our storage Units vary in size to accomodate a range of needs and can vary in size from 25 square feet to 2000 square feet. They also vary in Type as we are able to offer traditional self storage lockable rooms, Drive up self contained storage lockups or 20' Steel Container Storage.
How do I access Self Storage Centre?
We’ll give you a personal key code to get into your unit, only you will have access to this code, unless you request otherwise.
How safe is Self Storage Centre?
Very. We’ve invested heavily in our high grade 24/7 CCTV cameras, have secure entry practices, and robust self storage units that are difficult to break into. Our storage units are also located in a low-crime, well-lit area for your peace of mind.
What if I have a problem while at the storage facility?
Ask our staff for Help! We have a super friendly team who are more than happy to assist you with any problems. Additionally we also provide an out of office hours number if you encounter problems when accessing your storage unit outside office hours.
Do you cover insurance?
You may be able to provide your own cover whilst your goods are in storage with us; however we are able to provide a total loss extended liability cover for an additional premium based on the declaration of the value of the effects being stored. Please always feel free to ask our team.
